Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods (drops, restocks, or collaborations), processing times may extend slightly. We prioritize quality and accuracy over speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

OverratedCultuur is not responsible for delays caused by:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, OverratedCultuur is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as pre-order or part of exclusive drops may have extended shipping timelines. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at checkout or in the product description.
