All Sales Policy

At OverratedCultuur, all pieces are released with intention and exclusivity.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final unless an exchange is approved.

Exchanges Only

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• 
  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• 
  All original tags and packaging must be included
• 
  Proof of purchase is required
• 
  

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for completing your exchange.

Eligible Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for:

  Size changes
• 
  Item defects or damage (upon arrival)
• 
  

If the item you requested is no longer available, you may exchange for:

  A different item of equal value
• 
  Store credit (if applicable)
• 
  

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  Worn or used items
• 
  Items damaged after delivery
• 
  Final sale or limited drop items (unless defective)

Exchange Process

2. 
   Include your order number and reason for exchange
3. 
   Wait for approval and return instructions
4. 
   Ship the item back to us
   

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will make it right by offering an exchange at no additional cost.

Processing Time

Once we receive your item, please allow 3–5 business days for your exchange to be processed.

You will receive tracking information once your new item ships.
